You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. POA88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. POA88 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-fraud obligations. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or factors beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. POA88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. All MYR transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, compliance with any applicable wagering requirements, and anti-fraud review. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. POA88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Funds credited as bonus must meet their applicable wagering requirements before the converted winnings become eligible for withdrawal. POA88 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending fraud review. Any withdrawal found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be voided and the account suspended.
All account balances, bonuses, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). POA88 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Users depositing via USDT accept the prevailing conversion rate applied at the time of transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by POA88 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Where any conflict arises between the general bonus terms set out here and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are stated clearly on each promotion page. Games with higher house edges (e.g., certain table game side bets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

POA88 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Not all promotions are available to all users. Players enrolled in the VIP Programme may be offered exclusive promotions not available to standard members. Promotional eligibility is non-transferable.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. POA88 reserves the right to void any wager where: a palpable error in odds was made; a technical error occurred during the processing of the bet; or fraudulent or suspicious activity is identified. In the event of a void, the wager amount will be returned to the user's account balance.
Maximum payout limits may apply to individual games, sports markets, or events. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. POA88 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits at any time and will not be liable for any difference between an uncapped theoretical win and the applicable maximum payout.

You may close your account at any time by contacting POA88 support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and fraud review.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. POA88 may apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period are subject to closure.
